Summary of the past week's main training sessions - In addition to these 3 main strength days I do smaller conditioning/recovery/assistance work sessions on off days.

Day 1 - Deadlift Focus - Did not train. I rarely completely take a session off, but I was under the weather, traveling, and dealing with some adductor pain so just decided to take the day completely off.
Day 2 - Squat Focus
A. Squats: 405x10, 445x3, 475x3 (rep PR)
B1. Pause Squats - 3x3
B2. Chin Ups - 3x8
C1. GHR - 3x8
C2. Chin Ups - 3x10
D. Planks - 3 rounds of 1 minute
Day 3 - Bench Focus
A. Seated Machine Rows: Work up to heavy set of 10
B. Bench Press Top Set: 265x8, 285x3
C1. Pause Bench - 3x5
C2. Chin Ups - 3x12
D. Tricep Extensions - 3x15
