Well 1 week ago today I trained deadlift and had a tough as hell training session. Little did I know 7 days later my lower back area would be so jacked up I can barley move....
I will be doing a lot of stretching, foam rolling, body tempering on my entire body and inversion table today. It may be my sciatic nerve. I'm not sure. I may have pulled something. I don't know what it is but its killing.
