This was the final heavy squat of the training cycle. I'll be doing my opener next weekend and then coasting into the meet. I was a little lackadaisical at the beginning of training today, but became more focused as we added weight to the bar. I felt good and solid under the bar even more so than last week....this is a great feeling.
