Coming in today I really had no desire to pull and my heart wasn't in it. I figured I'd take my ephedra and see what happened anyhow. I had trouble getting set, bar kept rolling away from me, hips were too high, chest wasn't up, etc. It was a piss poor performance to say the least.

This was my final "heavy" day of this training cycle so I'll be hitting my openers next week and then I'll get rested up, recovered as best I can and roll into the meet. It'll all come together in the end.

On a bright note....my grip hasn't been an issue this time around.
