Dropped down to the EliteFTS Pro Average Resistance Band this week. I am also in the process as I have stated early in my meet training that I am breaking in two different multiply bench shirts. I will continue to bounce back and forth, breaking them both in and getting a feel for which one I like the most and feel the most confidant in with heavy weight.

All of my sets felt solid with good bar speed. I am looking forward dropping down to the next band in a couple weeks (The EliteFTS Pro Light Resistance Band). For me the pro light band will give me a really good indicator on bar speed and shirt bang out of the whole.

We have trained like this for years doing our step down every two weeks rev band training method. No fancy name. No fancy book. No fancy title. Only years of hardwork, a well thought out system of doing things and tons of success to back up what we do and how we train. With that said this is what we will continue to do....
