Today I dropped down another band and also to a two inch block. I was actually very surprised on how well things went today. Today was one of those days where I felt like I did a few things right and not as many wrong.
Elbows are still flared up but I didn't want to miss pulling agin, this is one of those lifts I have to stay on top of. When I really suck at something I must do it more than anything else. Plus it pisses me off to deadlift and I lift better angry anyways so there you go.
