Today I wanted to blow my quads and hamstrings up so I pretended I was Redneck Tim today and I are 5 McChickens and felt like a crazy anabolic fool.

I am really doing everything I can to increase the size of my legs to give me better stability on the squat. So hopefully after five bazillion reps today I am achieving that week by week.
