We all have goals in life. Goals should be your purpose for all you do each and every day. I want to be a great father, provider, the best I can be at my job, a person my daughter can look up to, be debt free, continue to have a thoroughly progressing private gym and to squat 900 pounds in a meet....
The later is what my current training program is based on and what my 3rd attempt will be at the meet I am doing in December. I am putting everything I have into this 4th full power meet of my career.
