Today was my first day back in a bench shirt since the XPC back in March and it was a little odd at first. It took 3-4 reps to finally get a feel for it again. I focused on trying to get each rep a little lower and also keeping my head down to keep the shirt tight and not increase my rom. It was harder than I thought since I've been raising my head for many years to watch the bar. It finally set in on the final set and the bar seemed to move much better on that set than the other two.
