After a successful week of our Team hitting openers and starting their wind down for next week I finally got to get a real day of training in. On my training schedule was raw 4" block pulls. My original number to hit was 600 pounds but I was feeling myself on these today and new I had a little bit more in me. I went 635 pounds on my last pull. It was a bit of a grinder but I pushed through to get a confidence building lift in that I needed to hit.

If my pec will continue to heal up and I can somewhat get a respectable raw bench press going in my favor then I see one more raw full power meet in my future. Only time will tell but 800/405/650 raw full power as a old man sounds good to me! We will see....
