Felt locked in hella good today on bench, the only complaint I had was I felt my butt barely touching the bench. Now although it was touching I do not like to have a small amount of wiggle room when we get to the heavy stuff. I need as many things in my favor as possible when it comes to bench. I had dang near zero movement while pressing today but it was considered "light" so with my butt barely there I may need to mess with foot position a little to get it into the bench more, BUT Casey Williams said it looked great so I retire on that note.

Training:
*Box Jumps, rest about 15-20 seconds between jumps

*6x3 w/4 sec negative, with bands

*Laying Leg Curls

*Band Goodmornings

*Machine Abductions , super set with machine adductions

*Hanging Leg Raises
