I'm currently training for the 2019 USPA Nationals in Columbus, Ohio. After dropping a couple weight classes, this meet will be second showing at 198 and real return to raw powerlifting after a couple years wearing gear.
Training
Not much to see here! Quick session in the early AM before work. Traveling this weekend for Mother's Day so got it in early to travel.
Incline - 8 x 3 at 245
Push Ups, feet elevated - 7 x 20. I like this high volume bodyweight stuff. I think it helping keep me healthy and maintain range of motion.
Bird Dog Rows- 3 x 10 at 60. I do a lot of bird dogs but this is still super hard.
Band pull aparts with a monster band
Wall walks with a red mini - 3 x 20 seconds
PVC bench with 35 pounds hung with with mini bands. 10 reps, 20 reps and 28 reps.
