You don't always have to increase the weight to make progress. This is my week three, my heavy week, and I am repeating the same deadlift weight from last month. I got my prescribed 10 reps last time around but felt a tweak in my right hip/glute due to a break in concentration resulting in poor form on my 9th rep.

In the past regardless of how I got my reps, as long as I hit my numbers, I would go up on the next mesocycle. The old and improved me wondered if that would be a good idea this time around. I was thinking no.

So I decided to repeat my numbers and clean up my form this month. Easy AF! Mission Accomplished! There are many ways to improve. Don't corner yourself thinking you always have to put more weight on the bar to get better. Keep your ego in check and find ways to think outside the box.
