Tier I and II did almost the same thing. Only substitute is the GHR and Leg Curl
Tier I = GHR
Tier II= LC
Box Squat (Dynamic) 10x2
Dead Lift: 10x1 at the same weight used for squat
LC or GHR
AirDyne: 10x15/45
Bike Commute: 22 minutes at +100 degrees. Passed an armadillo I think...
