I have some of the most interesting and knowledgeable people that are in my program.  From eight to eighty, blind, crippled and definitely crazy, I learn something new almost everyday!  This is from my good pal Jim Muir.  

"Early aircraft's throttles had a ball on the end of it, in order to go full throttle the pilot had to push the throttle all the way forward into the wall of the instrument panel. Hence "balls to the wall" for going very fast. And now you know, the rest of the story."

Tier I

Box Squat:  Work up to the weight used for Monday's Dynamic Squat only doing 10 reps per set.  Once at weight do three sets of 10

Single Leg Step Up using a 12" riser.  (I also used a mini band so I had to abduct my leg to keep the knee over the ankle by pushing against it.  The mini band was set up using an EliteFTS 3x3 cage.  100 reps NON STOP each leg!

GHR: 5x10 vs. medium band

 

Tier II

Run: 13 minutes

Low Box Squat: 10x20x55
