These are great for a warm up or even an accessory love later in the session. If you’re a lifter you’ve probably experienced tight anterior hips that sometimes feel like they’re about to explode as you descend into the hole. If you’re an athlete, pulling a hip flexor sucks and takes FOREVER to heal. These will help in both situations.

Drape a chain over your foot and do a standing knee raise. Try to get your knee up to waist height and don’t hold on to anything. You can also use a kettlebell for these.
