Lower the bar to your chin/neck while you’re doing this try to pull your elbows in and keep them up. Then roll the bar back over your face while pulling the elbows in and up. At this point you should have pressure built up in your elbows. Start moving the bar back toward your chin/ neck, keep the elbows in and up. Now punch your hands hard when they get back to your chin and squeeze them through the top. This was done right after benching with this bar so we didn’t spend 10 minutes on set up just for a tricep movement.
