Get a sled strap and use it for handles. Adjust your distance from the machine so you have tension through the full ROM but also close enough that you can get the handles back. When your arms extend out look down and roll your upper back over. When you pull the straps back try to pull your scaps down your back first then drive the elbows back. Slow the eccentric down and this will really light your back up!
