So you want some big legs? Well this is the workout for you. Today we hit up the epic EliteFTS gym and just crushed our legs. This workout got us both on the very of seeing our breakfast. I think this has to be one of the best / hardest leg workouts we have done an a long time. I mean the last time I did sumos was in the 90's. Give this leg workout a try and let me know if you could do the whole thing.
