GREAT back session this AM, great shoulder, chest & tri yesterday, alternating til I start my plan next week

 

Straight Arm Pulldowns do 7 reps, rest 15 seconds 5 minutes..........increased and this sucker was hard

Hammer Strength Shrugs do 10 reps rest 15 seconds, for 5 minutes felt great added weight

Cable Lat pull downs, one cable each hand--do 6 reps, rest 15 second repeat for 5 minute

Hammer strength seated rows, plate loaded do 3 reps, rest 15 seconds (added weight)
