It's true, I honestly don't thing anyone has noticed but I haven't updated anything in a couple months. Well that's because absolutely NOTHING worth writing about has happened to me or the gym in a long time. Here is pretty much a typical day for me:

Wake up at 6:00AM and drink coffee

Eat breakfast at 7:30AM

Go to the gym at 8:30AM

Try my best to get myself to lift weights at 10:00AM

Putter around the gym bored to tears until 6:00PM

Go home and watch TV until 10:00PM then go to bed

That is exactly my whole life seven days a week. I try to think of interesting and informative things to write about but after about twenty seconds of doing that I usually get sleepy and give up. Needles to say all the motivation I had for the first fifty years of my life has more or less dried up and gone away.

But if anything cool happens I'll write something awesome I swear.
