Catching Up

I was asked if I could help Alexander Meadows with his squat. After catching up and trying to determine what his training needs and desires were, we got to work. Alexander came out with John many times, and I would work with him here and there while John was filming content for his site. When I was first asked to help him, there was no discussion about filming it. This idea came up at the BULLFROG nutrition store opening last Sunday. I already had plans to work with Alexander before this, and when we were talking, Noah mentioned the idea. I didn't care one way or another, as long as his mother was ok with it. To me, this has absolutely zero to do with any content, and I am posting this only to provide all the context to the training. (The video shows only a small part of it.)

In this video, we headed to Elitefts.

Dave Tate is teaching Alexander Meadows how to squat. You will see that form is everything. You have to get that down before you can add lots of weight. This can be applied to any age, so don't think it's just for beginners. If you like this video, let us know in the comments, and we can get more like it on the channel. We have filmed four videos, so make sure you check back because they will be dropped soon. Thanks, as always, for all the support.
