These are the types of movements you want to pick if you want to become stronger. Others include; glute ham raise, dimmel deadlifts, RDLs. _ This is not to say hamstring curls are worthless, not the case at all. Should simply be less priority in a strength program because sport movements, squats and pulls work the hamstrings from top to bottom to produce movement and force.
