Dead Lift: 2 rep max.  Beat last week's numbers

Straight Legged Dead Lift: 50 reps

Suspended knee to elbow: 50 reps

Sit ups: 50 reps

Lat Pulldown w/ medium mag grip: 50 rep

Barbell Bent over row: 50 reps

AirDyne: 20 minutes

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
