Man o man...the difference a night's sleep makes.  I woke up and was full of Kick ASS!  I must have slept non stop for 10 hours, with two time outs for 30 minute naps.

Nothing and I mean NUTH'N can do the trick for restoration quite like SLEEP!

Water!!!  Copious amounts of water too.  Hydration is so darn important and I am making a conscience effort to address it.
