I told my charges today that , It does't matter if you FEEL like training or doing work today.  All that matters is you do the work anyway.  Since you have to do it anyway, might as well let your face know you're going to do it and have fun...so you might as well SMILE motherfucker!!!

45 degree back extension: 5x10

BB Curl: 5x10

Preacher Curl: 5x10

4 way neck: 1x25x4.0

Bike Commute: 22 minutes   It's hot here today.  103 degrees.

 

Tier II:

Straight Leg Dead Lift: 5x10

GHR: 5x10

Squat: 5x10

Single Leg Squat: 5x10 each leg

Hip Extension: 5x10

Suspended Knees to Elbow:  5x10

 

Lunch Crunch Bunch:

It's way too hot for a hard one...
