Lateral slide--Hurdle Jumps --250 pound sandbag lunges

 

Monday Ruck Walk 35 minutes Weight ranged from 60 pound vest to 110 (50 pound kid on shoulders)

Tuesday

Dumbbell Bench press 5 sets of 10

Pullover Dbell 100 Reps (goal in less than 10 minutes) rest 30 sec at failure

Straight Arm Pulldowns 3 sets of 20

Hammer strength row cluster set 5 sets of 12 reps

Dumbbell Pause floor fly 8.8,8,12
