The Prowler is quite possibly my favorite conditioning tool.  Everyone that trains with me has a love/hate relationship with it as well.  While everyone will tell you the horror stories about my Prowler programming, EVERYONE that lives to talk about it, does so with affection.  I think... hmmm...well MAYBE.

We love to glamorize it too.  Today we worked up some novel sayings like:

You can't spell Prowler without "WE".  (we waited for a guy that had to use the bathroom before beginning today)

You need to be a PRO to use the PROwler.

PROfessional grade OW in the Prowler.

We laugh.  Hahaha, we are getting into KILLER good shape.
