“You got this!” changes to “three more reps” and you begin looking for a “prep coach”.

 
Don’t worry as you found out that you are not defined by how much you squat; you are also not defined by how you look. You may think people care - but you will discover they really don’t. It’s more of you thinking they do and then letting that define you. That’s the lesson here.

 
How you look and what you lift might get you noticed but an hour later those people couldn’t care less about either of the two, let alone you.

Your actions in how you help others is what really gets remembered.
