Here is the workout I did in PHA Circuit Style

Box Squats x 3

Bent Over Row x 6

Lateral raise x 10

Pullover x 15

Dumbbell Tri ext x 15

 

2nd Circuit

Power Row X 1 (pull barbell off ground to belt)

Knee to feet dumbbell jump x 1

Dumbbell Pause Floor x 8

Each circuit 3 times, hell of a workout
