Learned these at Dr. Rusin's PFPSC cert. Lit my shoulders/ back up good. These are intended as a primer but can also be used as a finisher. Pull the band to your waist.

ON THE CONCENTRIC:
- start thumbs up
- as you you pull to your waist, ext rotate your thumbs out
- pull your shoulder blades together and down
- pull the band apart
- PAUSE AT THE WAIST FOR A SECOND

- ON THE ECCENTRIC:
- let your thumbs turn back in
- and let your shoulder blades raise and come apart
- control this motion. Go a little slower than the video
