No clue where he found this as I don’t think I’ve ever seen it.
This was before all major surgeries except one pec reattachment. I did make it a decade competing before one surgery or a major tear. I know this was pre-shoulder surgery because I’m touching my head with my right arm. This may have been my first meet as a 308. I do think my shoulder was getting fucked up as I remember that copper bracelet didn’t do a damn thing.
Those old-school bench shirts also sucked ass (pain in the ass to get on and maybe 10-15 pound carryover), so I wouldn’t have used it if my shoulder wasn’t trashed. I’m 90% positive this is Gritters back so I also know this is from my very early days as WSBB.
I’ve also destroyed a lot of “Brian” cells doing maximal lifts so I could be way wrong on all this but my head is almost bloated so it’s worth posting to archive.
