Yesterdays Training (I apologize on being behind posting)

Belt squats 5 minute cluster set

-Backwards Unilateral Farmers Walk 50 feet x 4 sets (this was much easier than expected) went up to 244 (as. I promised myself I would not go any higher, no idea if it is something I would just hit a wall on or what but that weight was easy)

-Husafelt Stone 100 Feet x 3 sets

Weighted Sledgehammer x 20 seconds x 6 sets

Excellent workout! Modified a bit as training partner was gone and some of the stuff is a major pain in the ass to set up (as I had 70 minutes including warm up to set up and take down)
