Pull ups neutral grip, hold each rep at the top for a two count and each rep at the bottom for a two count............all I am concerned with is range of motion............15 sets of 3

Felt amazing, did some neck work after each set

Today (did the push ups over the course of the day)

believe it or not these were actually hard

10 sets of 1 minute of push ups, I am not counting #s because I really want to stretch each rep---for my elbow the stretch is more important...........felt pumped all day lol first set at 9 AM let set 6 PM
