Okay here is what I did the last two days, GREAT sessions!

 

Weds

Box Squats--all singles felt strong and explosive

Wheelbarrow very heavy 40 feet 6 trips

Walking Sand Bag Lunges 12 yards

Elitefts Heavy sledge work

Training partner was not here, had a great workout!  Its a lot easier to load and unload with another on hand though.............

 

Thursday

In a perfect world this would be another day but timing just works out

Sprint 30 yards in Sand with Sled (this stimulus is amazing) me arse was was screaming, Med Ball Throw, walk back!  Not making this all about conditioning but certainly not  a full recovery walk back is my guide
