Push Up: 5x10

Decline Push Up: 5x10

You need to put your feet up on a short box or table for this

 

Diamond Push Ups: 5x10

Put your thumbs together on the floor and make a diamond shape with them and your forefingers.

Push Up and HOLD the extension for a 10 count: 5x10

Wide Push Ups: 5x10  hands should be outside the shoulder.
