Grip Strength - Pinch

Muscles Targeted:
Hand Flexion, Finger and Thumb Strength and Wrist Stability

Blockweights or Blobs can be lifted on top or "by the face" with whole hand (build total hand strength) and any combinations of fingers (to isolate a weakness or rehab and injury.)

Get a grip
It does not matter how strong you are if you can't hold on. Grip training is one of the most overlooked aspects of strength and conditioning. Make the difference in your program and don't overlook your need to get a grip.
