Suicide Curls

Muscles Trained Nothing but frustration

Well here it is. The final straw. The nadir. When I was sent this picture, I didn't even laugh - a small, single tear fell down my face as I contemplated the old days.

We can mention the sleeveless shirt but it's too easy. Hell, we've all sported on of these before.

The backwards cap isn't bad by itself, either.

Did you notice the EFS Pro GHR in the background? Unused and lonely.

Combine them together and it's pretty bad.

But it's not as bad as Dave Tate doing a concentration curl. And the curl is with a 35lbs dumbbell. This is not good. This is so far from an Elite concentration curl. I'm not sure what an Elite C.C. is, but can assure you then it is NOT a 35lbs.

Dave will probably counter with "Well, it's a low carb day so I was feeling weak."

Low Carb? That is High Ghey.

Anyway, this is the current Dave Tate and I have to admit that I'm impressed at his discipline and his willingness to take a beating. It always makes me laugh when people:

1. Criticize him for not powerlifting.
2. Adore him for losing weight and getting ripped.

Whatever you think, the Dave that I know asked me to eat doughnuts the other day just so I could tell him what it was like. He made me chew with my mouth open so he could see me enjoy my Dunkin Doughnut. So the man is still a lover of fat at heart.

He is still the same Dave Tate I've known for the past 7 years. There is just less of him to love.

(Notice that he still uses a wide stance and is sitting back.)
