Blast your triceps while using a close neutral grip.  This exercise is the same as a standard lying tricep extension, or skull crushers, but with a closer grip and a swiss bar.  This is a great exercise for hitting the outer head of the triceps.  Bonus points for adding chains to get that "little extra" at the top of the movement.  Dave likes chains, and so should you!
