This is a great version of the basic barbell row. Begin by standing between the two bars so that your toes are just behind the plates. Grab one bar in each hand. Bend forward, keeping your back flat and abs tight. Using your lats, pull each bar up to your ribs, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Slowly return back to the start and repeat for desired number of reps, usually between 6-12.
