We’re honored to have Mark Dugdale here for our third Open UGSS. In September, Jim Wendler hosted and predominantly covered his current training work for high school football players. In October, John Meadows explained the purpose and intricacies behind Mountain Dog Training — a four-phase approach.

Different from the previous two setups, attendees chose the topics they wanted to learn from Mark. Mark’s presentation, therefore will cover nutrition for improving health, training for longevity, and the how-to of maintaining a positive life balance between training, work, family, and faith.

Here are a few clips of attendees and team members training this morning. Seminar highlights coming soon.
