The Symposium will feature Nate Harvey, Justin Kavanaugh, Justin Harris and Boo Shexnayder. This symposium will cover many vital areas of increasing sports performance. SPEAKER BIOS

 

Justin Kavanaugh:

CEO and Founder of The Sport and Speed Institute, Coach Kavanaugh has over 15 years of coaching experience in the area of sports performance. He has worked with thousands of athletes developing them from middle school all the way to the pro level. As well as working with numerous elite college football players preparing for the NFL Combine.

As a speaker, he has had a featured series on Table Talk with Dave Tate for elitefts, where he discussed numerous topics within the strength and conditioning field. He will also be speaking at SWIS 2018, which is one of the top annual seminars for sports performance. He is also the author of Man Up: The 5 Areas of Focus to Guarantee Your Athletic Success.

Boo Schexnayder:

Co-Founder of Schexnayder Athletic Consulting (SAC) Coach Schexnayder has over 36 years of coaching experience. Most notably is his 12 years at LSU with the Track and Field coaching staff. While at LSU he coached 19 individual National Champions and was a part of 12 NCAA Championship teams. Coach Shexnayder also has a background coaching on the international scene having coached with Team USA in multiple international competitions. While coaching with Team USA he coached World Champions as well as a Silver Medalist in the 2004 Olympics.

Currently, Coach Schexnayder is working as the Director of the Track and Field Academy as well as the Director of Sports Performance at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.

Justin Harris:

Owner and founder of Troponin Nutrition and Muscle Mentor, Justin is not just a renowned nutrition coach, he also has a Master's Degree in Physics. Justin has worked with numerous elite level athletes as well as numerous bodybuilders on performance nutrition. As a speaker, he has been featured on Table Talk with Dave Tate discussing nutrition in strength sports. As well as having a feature with Dave Tate on how he got Dave Tate “shredded”!

Nate Harvey:

Coach Harvey is the author of Conjugate U, a book that takes you through a step by step approach to conjugate training with athletes. Coach Harvey has had proven success with training athletes with the conjugate method; having great success while at the University of Buffalo as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of Olympic Sports. Including the first National Champion in the history of the University of Buffalo, in shot put. Coach Harvey has had numerous speaking opportunities to speak on conjugate training, including the 2018 elitefts Sports Performance Seminar. Coach Harvey is the former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Olympic Sports at the University of Buffalo. He is now part of elitefts as a coach and Executive Equipment Specialist.
