This was back some time ago when I trained a little heavier. Rack pulls below the knee 825x2 with slight band tension at the top. I look back at how strong I was. I took it for granted a little. I never stopped and said "Wow," I just kept head down and kept grinding. This was long before FB or Instagram. 98% of my lifting was not recorded. I didn't do it to show anyone. I did it because it felt good doing it. I loved feeling powerful. As you go on your journey stop every now and then and really appreciate what you accomplish. It's important to do so every now and then. Reward for hard work. Then put your head back down and keep grinding! #ELITEFTS ‪#‎GOGGINSFORCE‬
