After bugging my SI the other week I had to take a week off from bench work because I couldn't get my feet on the floor while lying on the bench. I took a little less than a week off and felt good to go after an adjustment.
I was still a little cautious working up because my hips didn't feel super stable at the beginning of the session. Once I focused more on bracing my abs/glutes things went much better.
