OH press day turned out to be the ultimate bro day focusing and destroying my biceps and triceps! As you all know I am not a fan of the burning pain that comes with isolation volume work, especially in my biceps. Today brought out the hate when we got to the three second negative bicep curls, I was walking around cussing my training partner out cause it just makes me mad, lol.
For all my bros out there, this is one hell of a workout to get a massive pump in your arms before going out on the weekend. We have festivals going on all month here in Memphis so this pump day was strategically planned on the weekend to look "HOOGE". My arms were pumped and sore before the end of the workout. Needless to say, I am useless today around the house, lets see how much stuff I can get my girlfriend to do for me, lol.
