Hit up EliteFTS teammate Casey Williams to go over my video with todays single with the EliteFTS Swiss Bar. To my surprise I barely got any form correction. I was given a huge compliment, "form looks almost identical to mine". Now all I have to do is get as strong of a bench as Casey and ill be able to shake up my weight class a little bit.
My single for the day was 305 and everything felt extremely good. I put less focus on driving my feet and just got them dug in tight and set. Usually when I focus more on my leg drive I lose focus on tightness in my back and transferring force. If I don't get most of that weight held in my lats I will be in for a rough ride, today I was "on".
