Cable Tricep Ext: 2 sets of 25 overhand, two sets of 25 underhand.
Band Pull Aparts: 3 sets of 30-35 reps, 60 seconds rest between sets. I used a mini for these, all in all, this is almost an active recovery day since Sunday gave me a Rodney King style ass-whooping.
