Today was exciting and scary all at the same time. Given the green light to start training again but only at half the weights I normally use. It was interesting to be able to get some weight on my back and arm again.

Today I finally felt like I had a purpose to train again, I have learned alot over the past 3 months and one is we take alot of things for granted.
I am refocussed and have set some goals for the year, hoping for big things, overcoming injury is something I have done before and will do it again.
