I am back to the beginning of the cycle and I always like to throw in the close grip work to start.  I went several meet cycles back to back this year and I didn't hit the close grip work in between I think this led to me missing bench PRs in multiple meets.  I benched 525 last year after squatting 700 in a belt.  I did a ton of close grip work before then.  I missed 530, and 500 2x since that meet.  I clearly need more tricep work
