This was my second day mimicking a day from the program Brian Shwabe gave me. We start full tilt next week, so I'm doing what I can to keep things in line with what he's given me.
This was an easy day, it will be my day 2 bench in the new program. He has me working with a four board, high rep, moderate weight. The weight was easy, but grooving a 4 board was weird for me, especially given that my arms are short.
